Winner of Challenge 38 and March Grand Prize

Today we will be announcing TWO winners here at PCS! First we have the winner of Challenge 38 and then we will have the winner of our Monthly Grand Prize for March.

Now, let's get on to our Grand Prize Winner. Our monthly prize sponsor is Michelle's Scrapbooking & More, the home of The Pixie Cottage stamps, with many different illustrators/artists contributing their art work we have a stamp for every taste. We are now selling not only single stamps, but some stamp sets as well.
