Our Challenge This Week

Liz Chidester Sketch

Our Senior Design Team

Jan
Every so often, Jan says cotton candy MUST be part of your diet. Or maybe salt water taffy. If this card doesn't look edible, you are not counting calories !

Tracy
Tracy has used the cute little tree stamp from the My Favorite Things "Love Birds" stamp set. Her favorite time of the year is the spring when all the trees start to bud with leaves. She's added a cute little sticky back canvas banner she cut out from American Crafts. Fun spring colors and Stickles covered brads brighten up her card.

Liz
Liz had another fun week using Liz Chidester's sketch a stamp from My Favourite Things. She made this cute card using a sentiment from the 'Clearly Sentimental About Babies' stamp set. And what would a card be without some glitter - she added some glitter to the flower and around the edges of the card for some added dimension.

Regan
Regan used this weeks sketch to create this adorable card using the PI-Bedtime Story stamp set by My Favorite Things! She did some paper piecing to add some interest and pop dots to add dimension. For more photos and details visit her blog at Emora Designs.

Design Team

Angi
Angi was in the mood to design something a little more shabby chic this week. She found some pretty paper and flowers to fit in with this theme. She also used the "Friendship has its Perks" stamp from My Favorite Things. To see more details please be sure to visit Angi's blog.

Kimberly
Kimberly followed this weeks sketch to create a lovely card fit for a princess. Kim's stamp is "Ballet Millie" from our generous sponsor over at My Favorite Things Stamps. The ballerina theme is even carried out in Kim's choice of patterned paper. Notice the music sheet pattern? Such an adorable detail! Be sure to stop by Kim's blog at Paper Loves Glue for more photos and a list of supplies used.

Auxiliary Design Team

C
This was a fun challenge for C. Again, she was able to play with her Copic Markers and a fantastic stamp set from My Favorite Things while playing with a fun card sketch. She threw in some Cosmo Cricket, PTI, Spellbinders and some Ranger Ink and created a fun card for birthdays or anytime someone needs to smile. C even brought out the glitter for this project...messy but it add just the right touch to the cupcake. If you would like to see more details about this card please visit C over at TradeFishDesigns.

Jennifer
Jen used stamps from My Favorite Things and her Copic markers to make this cheery card. Jen also shows us the versatility of acrylic stamps by curving the sentiment to fit inside the circle! Head over to her blog for more information!

Yup, that is our Jennifer in the latest Paper Crafts Magazine !! Check it out !!
