Papercraft Star 18 Now Open !

Challenge 18 opens today !!

This month at Papercraft Star we're starting something new! Not only do you have the chance to win the People's Choice Award button and a yummy papercraft sponsor prize. Now, all of our challenge participants have the opportuity to win a randomly drawn Grand Prize at the end of every month! That's right! We want all of our participants, no matter what craft style or skill level to have the opportunity to win prizes here at Papercraft Star because we love our participants so dang much! Each month we will randomly select a Grand Prize winner from all the participants of all the challenges during that month. The more times you enter the challenges during that month, the more times your name is entered into the drawing and the bigger chance you have to win the Grand Prize!

We are excited to announce that our October Grand Prize is sponsored by two fabulous Etsy Shops, Art Cult and DPD Designs. DPD Designs Home of the Original "Hairballs" is providing the randomly selected Grand Prize winner with an amazing assortment of buttons as well as some paper die cuts.

This week our team turned out THE BEST projects EVER !!!

Jan
Jan never knows whether her card will turn out girly or manly. She says one would think metal would reflect a masculine card, but somehow, that just didn't happen. Jan thinks it is all part of the journey ! Check out her blog for the details !

Liz
Liz used some Tim Holtz Sizzix Embossing Folders to create this layout. It's a photo of her hubby with the words 'thank you' which she also embossed. Her blog has some close up shots of the embossing. She also distressed all the papers and embellishments for a more masculine feel.

Regan
Regan created this beautiful fall Thank you card for the challenge this week. She used aluminum foil and the Diamonds in the Rough cuttlebug embossing folder to create her background covering both her metal and her dry embossing. She used the Circles #2 die for her BigShot to create the brown tulle flower and she cut the top note shape using the Accent Essentials Cricut cartridge. For more photos and details, please visit her blog.

Aren't those three wonderful !! Upload your submissions now, and come back tomorrow for our Thursday team inspiration, you will not be disappointed !!
